When booking your appointment, click on the “Forgot Password” link in the login window. An email will be sent to you with a link to change your password. Once your password is reset, you will be able to log in and make your appointment. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. You will only need to do this once.
If you’re a client and have received our email invite to the new booking system and have already created a new password, you’re good to go. Just log in.
